Our V2 software has been maintained and provided with free updates for many years now. In light of the current market situation, we have decided to offer future updates for a fee.
- An update to V3 will cost all customers who purchased their machine before 2025 a one-time fee of $450 and $280 per year thereafter.
- If maintenance is interrupted, the $450 update fee will be charged again.The rights of use for the purchased license will remain valid in any case.
We have invested six months of work and testing in the development of the new V3 software!
The following new features are included:
- Full control over the Z-axis position—we now place parts in 3D.
- Offsets of the placement position can now be managed.
- Mixed operation of dispenser and component placement is now freely programmable.
- New dispenser modes added to improve paste and glue placement.
- Each placement position can now be corrected with a fiducial mark, which is saved in the project.
- The placement status of the components is saved with project file so that the remaining components can be assembled at any time.
- Automatic nozzle center calibration to improve the pickup of very small components.
- Automatic calibration and calculation of a wide range of machine parameters.
- A new Feeder tab that visualizes the positions of the feeders on the machine and provides access to all feeder functions and dialogs.

The conveyor control is now saved together with the project.

The entire UI has been restructured and provided with a complete German translation.
- New manuals have been created and summarized in parts of the application.
- All vision functions updated to receive better precision.
- MARK correction improved it detects now circles if enabled.
